Terms & Conditions PRICES
All prices quoted are based on a family or up to eight people sharing.(Except adult only weekends which are priced per person). There will always be an additional charge determined by the length of stay for the extra one or two people that increases the party to ten. This is due to the extra facilities used etc.

PAYMENT
A £50 deposit is required upon booking, which is non-refundable. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
A refundable damages bond will be an additional cost. This is due with the balance payment to cover any loss or damage to the caravan or its contents. We reserve the right to retain all or some of this amount should any loss or damage occur during your stay, and or the caravan is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or online bank transfer.
LATE BOOKINGS
In the case of bookings made within 6 weeks, full payment is required.
CANCELLATIONS
The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received within 28 days will be liable to pay 50% of the holiday cost, and will receive any refund due via cheque. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 8 days of the holiday start date.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The caravan will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival on presentation of your booking confirmation and registration form. Collect the keys from the East Gate (directions available on request). You are able to use all the facilities on arrival.
The caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.
SMOKING
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE CARAVAN
If smoking outside, please dispose of any cigarette ends and do not leave them on the ground outside the caravan.
ENTERTAINMENT PASSES
These are included in the cost of your accommodation and can be collected with the keys on the day of arrival.
Any entertainment or facilities may be unavailable, altered or cancelled at Butlins discretion and we cannot be held responsible.
PETS
No pets are allowed in the caravan.
BEDDING
Duvets/pillows are provided for all beds; however you are required to supply your own bed linen. Towels/tea towels are also not provided.
SERVICES
Mains Gas, electricity and water are included in the booking price.
RESTRICTIONS
Only the persons named on the booking form can occupy the caravan. We are not able to accept bookings from single sex parties or groups predominately aged 21 or under
INSURANCE
We cannot accept liability for personal injury or the loss or damage of your personal belongings; this should be covered by your own holiday insurance.
